Elżbieta Przybył: (2006) Wyznania wiary - Kościoły orientalne i prawosławie, s. 59-60:
According to the Ethiopian tradition this is a creed given to the faithful by Apostles in Jerusalem. The faithful are saying this creed during every Liturgy.
( tabela z tekstem wyznania wiary )
in this creed i particularly liked the ending of the 2nd "article", emphasizing the crucial difference between Christ and us - people. it's also intriguing for so many anthropological elements [marriage, circumcision] to be included into the creed. |

| Mladá Pravice animated flag |
[aŭg. 29-a, 2011|10:59 pm] |
my variation on the flag of Mladá Pravice [the Association of Young Right - a conservative political association in Czech Republic] showing transition from the national flag to their flag:
i know nothing about this organisation and probably i wouldn't share their political views, but the very idea of making a rasta-lion out of the Bohemian lion is quite special, you must admit. :)

| Georgian flag question |
[jan. 31-a, 2011|03:34 pm] |
hello, on this website i've found a photo [#16] of a flag with inscription in Georgian, unfortunatelly it's not entirely visible, and i know no Georgian, so i ask you for help: what does this inscription mean? and, by chance, do you know what organisation does this flag represent?

what i managed to decipher: მოქრაო?ა ?
also, some letters on the flag are not the same as normal mkhedruli letters, they are a little bit more like capital letters, for example the second letter: is it a version of ო? [i tried googling "Mtavruli", but all findings seem to be of the old Asomtavruli alphabet.] [x-posted to LΦ:5388028 & my LJ] |

here are some of the animated .gif's i've been making for years. :) i post 'em here again, because i can't figure out how to put animated .gif's in dA entries. and AFAIK FB doesn't support animated images, neither. so sorry if you're seeing these again. most are 100x100px, some are 75x75px or 99x99px.

some nights ago, i had a dream about sightseeing a Mormon temple... from outside it looked much like the Community of Christ temple in Independence, but inside it was much more traditional, had a lot of columns and a mysterious ceremony was held in there. i made a lot of pictures, but, as usual, they didn't survive my awakening... :( |
